You can get "100% content that came from a coca plant" but not 100% cocaine... not from coca at least. The only way to get much over 90% is direct synthesis from ecgonine (which is how pharma cocaine is make for hospitals and such.) With how cokes been produced since the early 2000s, you cant "put the genie back in the bottle" so to speak.. the processes they use now tend to be faster, skipping steps, with less care, so some alkaloids arent oxidized off earlier in the process, and others arent cleaned out later in the process... so you can end up with a pure brick made from just freebase from the jungle, that only has 50% of the actual main cocaine alkaloid, and a punch of other inactive ones etc. Back inthe day (80s and even early 90s) the cartel exports were close to 90% pretty consistently, but since there are now so many sources doing things so many ways to avoid being caught, and doing it so fast, there just isnt consistency anymore unless you know the source to some extent. I have a feeling that some of the 82% that you see at wedinos and other EU labs is even misleading, and they are lumping several coca alkaloids into the weight of 'cocaine.HCl' which technically is part of it... and why peruvian and bolivian and colombian differ... differing alkaloid contents, several of which aer psychoactive.
