Your account is less than a week old, however, the term "haveno/retoswap" has been mentioned at least thirteen times throughout your activity history. I am not currently hiring personnel, as I operate as a one-man team. Nevertheless, according to openmonero.markets (see transparency reports), I have established a community comprising 700 followers on Telegram, 200 session followers, 200 verified LocalMonero vendors (20-50 active vendors), and over 3,000 registered users on the platform.

While we value transparency, the core principles of the project are centered on privacy and user experience. To ensure resilience, I have even released the backend, allowing the project to continue operating independently in the event of unforeseen circumstances. git.openmonero[dot]com

This platform is not merely another exchange. It is a community-driven initiative. Attempts to undermine or attack it, whether through accusations of incompetence or other means, tend to have the opposite effect, strengthening the community rather than weakening it, as demonstrated by our response to recent security breaches. Consequently, the backend has been made publicly available. http://dreadytofatroptsdj6io7l3xptbet6onoyno2yv7jicoxknyazubrad.onion/post/59e5b924658bac9124d0

Unlike projects such as haveno or retoswap, I do not accept donations, as maintaining independence is paramount to the integrity and longevity of this project.

The site already got hacked once, they shill their site with fake accounts and keep lying about their competitors. I would stay away.

Use retoswap.

I have retoswap too the only thing i dont like about it that Min orders are usually pretty high (>300$ order volume) and that you need to setup an account for the payment method. For example if i want to purchase using bank transfer i would need to put in my SWIFT, Account number and such

You can create your own order very easily if the current ones do not match your needs.
If you want to accept a bank transfer then the other party needs your account number, obviously. The same would be true on openmonero.

Privacy issues with Localcoinswap:

- No Tor hidden service or I2P support
- The site crashes when using Tor
- Vendors need to do KYC (ID, selfie, phone, email)
- Email is required to sign up
- No support for Monero (XMR)
- No encrypted notifications
- They track users with Google Analytics
- You have to enable JavaScript to use it

Considering all that, I’d appreciate if you could recommend some alternative platforms like openmonero[.]com that focus on user privacy

Why would I recommend your business, when I know nothing about it?

Plus I was replying to the OP, not you mate.

VPN

There is options for no KYC and cash.

- Email is required to sign up
Easy to set up email not related back to your IRL

- No support for Monero (XMR)
Correct, but as one would use the "No KYC" option and convert to XMR, why does it matter.

- No encrypted notifications
VPN
