I don't use binance, but you should at least transfer the funds to a wallet that you and only you control before sending it to a market or vendor. I highly suggest using only XMR, as it's more secure and transfers are much faster and cost less than using BTC, without the need for using a mixer.

I hope things work out for you, I made a purchase using XMR on Dark0de and didn't have the issue you are talking about. Good luck, keep us posted.

The bad feeling i have, is you fucked up by sending to a KYC exchange directly to the market... i have heard of people doing that and haveing the exchange basically seize the funds and report to the feds if they think the transaction is illegal, they have to follow all US banking laws as far as transaction reports etc. Hopefully thats not the case, and it was really just a hiccup in dark0des coding and you get your funds, but i would clean your house, and have a plausible explanation for the binance transfer before you get the letter or knock on the door. If things happen to work out for you, never ever send from a KYC exchange directly to a market again.

i worked in banking for a while, and when they file a SAR and freeze assets, they are starting an investigation and dont want to tip people off and it can look like your transaction went through, when it didnt. All my experience with that is fiat though, so maybe they cant do that with XMR, not sure.

im not trying to freak you out, just stating what i believe to be facts about the banking industry. You are already freaked out because you are most likely fucked out of $1900, and you could owe that $1900 of drugs to someone else.. so i would imagine you cant get much more freaked out than you are :D Just saying, be safe, from the LE side, keep a fairly clean house and have a plausible excuse for the transaction, those two small things should be fairly easy for most people, and a little piece of mind... cant help with any other reasons you may be freaked out, like Tito coming to pick up his meth and you not having it and haveing to change your name to Mrs Tito etc, lol. (im joking, i know its not a funny situation for you, but sometimes humor helps us get through rough times.)

Dude, This is happening to people who used wallets and not exchanges. So no, this has nothing to do with marketplace and feds

So if you used a wallet you would be able to provide the private transaction key that support is asking for -- how did they respond when you provided it?

Same for me. Fortunately not that much money lost as I just wanted to test the waters with a (for me) new market and vendor. 300+ confirmations and by now it's probably been auto-cancelled. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Good luck to you, too. 1900$ ain't no small amount. I hope the information you provided is sufficient for the support.
I also opened a ticket but could not check on it since I cannot access the site at the moment.

WTF, just saw your update. I don't know how the payments are implemented on their site, but what's the problem with refunding the amount back to your accounts on-site wallet? Why would they even need any more proof if they know the incoming transaction for your order?
Hope they somehow still manage to get your money back to you.
I'm calling it a day for now since I still cannot access the site.
