Thank you for putting this together. It provides a good idea on where to start. I do have a few questions though.

- BIN List: A comprehensive list of BINs with details on success rates.

So please tell me if I'm wrong. How one would go about this is - 1. Purchase or find a current BIN list from Person A then 2. Look for Person B selling dumps starting with those 6 numbers? Both of these being for sale I assume? And if Person B has those numbers from Person A with high success rates then you would purchase these and continue.

I'm curious on why this sub-forum allows no sourcing.. you'd think it would be a lot better to give people a place to start rather than go get scammed or get caught up because they bought a bad dump.

Finding a bin is trial and error . In most of the hacking forums and carding forums, I have seen people selling bin list. But make sure always use escrow.

You use a garant or escrow , who will hold the funds until you say , and if there is any problem you can open dispute . THese garant charge 5 % of the transactions. And DNM are only 2-5 years old , these forums are 20 + years old.

I really hate to shill or be that guy but /u/b1ack is a legend. Dude sells cards & dumps but i've never personally seen him shill his own stash / product. He is also one of the top 3 or 4 all time (maybe higher i can't remember) donors to dread (financially) but ive never personally seen him mention it and to add to that, he literally gives out thousands of free cc dumps for those starting with nothing who are willing to put in work / sift through it.

Out of curiosity, i checked one of the free cc dumps and there were really good bins in there. Granite you have to know which ones to look for because those get snatched with a quickness but thats besides the point. The opportunity is there for those who are hungry enough.

I've created an account at his shop and there is a $50 registration fee which i haven't deposited yet but plan too soon. You can also view the free cc dumps without depositing which is cool.

For the noobes, when he speaks he is definitely someone you wanna listen too if you are serious about learning

Im a bit old school and prefer a burners and fresh browser installs + cookies to anti browsers but i also have alot of burners at my disposal so thats what works for me personally, socks5 works great but finding a good providers with clean ip's is getting more and more difficult. I've since switched it up to the basically kyc proxi providers but in a fullz name but RPD's are also great alternatives.

i really like this set up well. have you had any recent success in ur projects? pls share notes if you don't mind. like you, i also have a lot of burners and mules in my aresenal, so trying to mimick real, local transactions of where the card was issued is an added advantage- i think.

I think best option is finding a connect in the phone service who can activate existing num on new sim. That or google voice i believe however i'm new so take info with caution
