Check your transaction hash, you need a few confirmations for it to arrive.

I sent a deposit (paid extra for fast confirmation) and it still took like 6ish hours to confirm and arrive as a deposit.

When depositing to market I usually deposit overnight, then make the order early next day.

I checked it after and hour and it had 7 confirmations, now it currently has 32, I've made a ticket and it's been escalated with staff
