he did have some back and forth with me the day after on vortex, but exactly what happened and why they were marked shipped with nothing being sent was never fully clarified, if he was taking orders but had no stock i can accept that but as i said it was never fully clarified. im leaning towards he will honor the orders but you never know really, he told me he would most likely be sending again monday with a new batch.

makes sense tbh - but it's a bad practice to mark orders as shipped without shipping hem anyway. Maybe he was about to ship them and decided to ditch mw23 to provide higher quality

A bit more transparency and comms would aid him here

Only dealt a couple of times, but struck me as a decent and honest guy. You have to remember these guys sometimes just get overwhelmed with orders etc, so though I agree it's not great to accept/mark as shipped, I found the guy very honest. Just my view obvs

Yeah I agree. Shit happens to us all at various times in life and in combination with the Archetyp demise, it does feel like it was just bad timing.
I've also had positive conversations with him regarding orders marked shipped (auto) but weren't actually shipped (he has a list). I decided to not extend the auto-finalize on a decent size order (5g) as I'd had multiple deliveries of top quality product with no issues. I stand by this decision.
It's a shit situation for us all but I do feel https://torhoo.cc/go.php?u=TDNVdlRYSlhhR2wwWlZWTA==# is being genuine and trying to regain trust and make amends in a situation that was unexpected.
