For people living in 3rd world countries where $1Usd= >1million local dollars, some of these online beggers are actually "rich" in comparison to their working counterparts....
& think about it, they don't have to do hard labor, or constantly beg their fellow Muslims in the streets by reciting verses in Quran.
Once you realize there are a billion or more people in the world exactly like this, then you understand why all the scammers are out there. The idea that you can make even $20 by clicking a mouse on a shitty laptop in a shit hole town in some random place is appealing to all these people.
