Fuck that’s a tricky situation, I have similar family traits, if they can be discouraged from the benzo route I’d try that approach as benzo addiction fucking sucks, only makes your traumas and anxiety worse when you stop and you’re issues are always there waiting for you when you return to reality. But failing that, I’d go with sorayama if your east coast or dexieking if you’re west, both sell actual pharmacies pills so there is much lower risk of harm although you’re much more likely to encounter duds with pressies than dangerously dosed. I’ve had the unfortunate experience with both, took 5 years but luck can eventually run out. They are also very efficient and solid vendors. Never an issue with either

Ahh damn sorry to hear your in that position mate. I wont repeat what the others have said regarding usage, but will skip to the part that assumes she is going to do it regardless. My suggestion first off is if she is keen on Xanax (dont get ANY Xanax bottles from aus they are all pressies on the markets) In terms of harm reduction: Try and sway her towards the better of two evils (well more like 15+ evils) so a long half-life benzo causes less trouble generally. Diazepam is the best of the lot, Clonazepam is also ok but not as good (in terms of abuse and withdrawal)

However, what I would recommend over ANYTHING - and it may keep her happy of shes dead set on Alprazolam- the safest option (the least abuse potential by far - and this has been studied and confirmed) is the XR (Extended Release) over IR which nearly all benzos are. You can get 2mg Alprazolam XR (and 3mg, however, I haven't seen them on the markets) and they would be the best option (besides not taking them at all) As 2mg is released slowly with peak plasma levels maintained for close to 8 hours (and unlike the rapid onset on normal IR Alprazolam which can be felt strongly in 30 minutes, its a slow onset building to the peak after about 2 hours.)

Taking XR over IR has many benefits such as 1. A lot slower tolerance over time as you're only taking 2mg a day as opposed to 2/3 X2mg, also if you're familiar with addiction properties, 'fast reward aka rapid onset' is a key factor in addictive properties.

I hope this makes sense, and I apologize in advance as I am writing this having been up for 2 nights and about to crash but I saw this post and thought it was important and hopefully may help somewhat.

P.S I vouch for DrHeina, purchased my Alprazolam XR last week and all is good and legit.

When i say this obviously any drug use can come with risks and negative effects but dexies are pretty common on marketplaces expensive but you can be pretty confident that they are legit. Benzos on the other hand are a different story and there are a lot of presses and when using benzos daily if you get a batch of duds you run the risk of withdrawals and also the complete opposite side some presses may be stronger then expected also causing negative side effects.As /u/burner666 said Sorayama is a very good vendor that i also vouch for never used dexieking but have heard good things and seen they get good feedback. Get your cousin to watch people going through Benzodiazepine withdrawal. If they can keep it a normal level of use, probably should be ok.

If not, Benzo withdrawal is a new type of hell. Fuck that! I've played with it after using Phenazepam at low doses for a month on and off, every 3-4 days, and the sting burns.

Absolutely not worth it imho. Benzo's are great if you want to force yourself to turn off.

But for sleep they are terrible, and in fact for most things they are useless.

Haven't used them for a year now and have a huge stash of valium and etizolam.
