Advice on injecting ketamine IM : ketamine | Torhoo darknet markets

I have to stop snorting ketamine because it fucks up my nose too bad.

How safe is injecting IM. There are a few vendors selling liquid ketamine that isn't medical grade. What kind of issues am I likely to run into with this?

Does anyone have any input on this subject? Thanks.

I have turned powder and needles into liquid for quite some time in my life. I have stopped a few years ago though. Injecting intramuscular often will have a toll on your muscles used for injection. For the injection spot I used the vastus lateralis which is in your upper leg. After having stopped for quite some time the muscles seem to have recovered for the most part. But I am pretty sure there's some scar tissue there. Even if it might be minor. I have no issues, but I do feel I should mention this.

I'm going to give you a rundown of basic information. You will need to research this further yourself and form a plan for yourself if you want to go down this route. Your focus should be on sterile to the best of your abilities. Use medical scientific resources available through search engines and Youtube to inform yourself further.

* Buy sterile saline solution in a vial. For example 450 mg/50 ml. 9 mg sodium chloride / ml.
* Buy sterile syringe filters of 0.22 ug/micron PTFE hydrophilic 25mm. There might be other filters suitable. The micron size however is important to filter out particles and bacteria. You can find these on Ebay. The mm size depends on the amount of liquid you want to filter. If you see hydrophobic. It means water repelled. You don't want that.
* Buy sterile syringes & needles. Syringes 2-5 ml should suffice. Needle specifications depend on your body type. Can easily be researched using medical literature for intramuscular injection.
* Inject into vastus lateralis (upper thigh leg). If you use the injection site on your buttocks, there's a chance you might cause nerve damage. Besides it being a bit harder to inject into. Youtube and search engines are filled with nurse guides on how to perform this injection.
* Depending on your body build and weight you will need to make a needle choice. Simply research this by looking into intramuscular injections for vastus lateralis. You will find recommendation on needle gauges for your body. The lower the less noticeable the injection will be.
* Buy sterile saline solution in a vial. I would buy 50 ml sterile saline solution in a vial and a 50 ml sterile syringe. I would pull out the solution from the sterile saline vial into the 50 ml sterile syringe. This does require some effort.
* Mix the saline and Ketamine in a bowl which you sterilized before hand using 70% alcohol solution and rinsed once with some saline. Add the ketamine to the bowl and inject the saline solution into the bowl and mix it up. You will need to look up how much room temperature water (with saline) you will need for the amount of ketamine you are trying to dissolve. I do not recall the values sorry.
* If you want to have a more concentrated solution you can heat the saline and ketamine solution in the bowl on a heat source. I would suggest you look it up, but if I recall correctly ketamine dissolves at 200 mg / 1 ml in heated water solution. You would be able to dissolve 10 gram into 50 ml. Suggestion is always to let it sit for a while to cool down before transferring to the vial. If you see crystals or anything else in the final solution. Do not inject.
* Use a new syringe for example a 2,5 or 5 ml one to pull up the solution from the bowl. Attach the syringe filter with needle and inject back into the vial. A higher gauge needle would be helpful as it will allow more liquid to pass through easily. For injection you will want a lower gauge needle. The lowest suited for your body type and intramuscular injection. Repeat this process. You can use the same syringe and filter to pull all the mixed liquid from the bowl and put it back into the vial.
* You might experience some pressure issues between the inside of the vial and transferring the solution into the vial. You can pull out some air using the needle and syringe or just having a syringe briefly in the opening to allow some air to escape.
* If you use alcohol to sterilize. Give it a few secs to evaporate.
* The solution has no ingredients to keep it viable. Pharma vials contain ingredients to increase shelf life. These vials should be good under room temp conditions for a few days. I would however not let it sit for more than 4-5 days.

* Swap the injection site with a paper towl or cotton swap with some 70% alcohol before injecting. Give it a few secs to evaporate. After injecting have a bandaid ready. Because there might be some blood or injected solution running out.
* For every injection prepare a sterile new syringe with new sterile needle. Do not reuse. Use a separate needle to pull the solution from the vial into syringes. You can prepare multiple syringes using a single needle to pull from the vial. Just be sure to attach a new sterile needle to each syringe after pulling the solution.
* Alternate injection locutions between left and right leg. Vastus lateralis is a pretty decent sized muscle. There are many viable injection locations. Do not inject into or near the exact same spot every time.
* Inject slowly. This will prevent discomfort.
* Medical literature details that pulling back on the syringe after sticking it into the injection location. In order to check for blood, is not necessary. I have never done this. Doing this can cause additional discomfort.

Using the above I have never run into medical issues. I can however not give any guarantees. Having your product lab tested is still the best method to be sure of what you are injecting.

excellent post. just chiming in with my personal experience. my background is biology/research
so when I wanted to prepare vials for friends I went as thorough as i could. essentially the above, .22 micron filters as sterile an environment i could create. vials and the crimping tool etc.
once while traveling i talked with a vet and nurse couple who in a very nice way ensured me that i was being suuuuuper extra. your body is obvi quite capable to deal with things.
this is obviously not to say you shouldn't be lax on precautions. the source of your product especially.
as a response to "* Medical literature details that pulling back on the syringe after sticking it into the injection location. In order to check for blood, is not necessary. I have never done this. Doing this can cause additional discomfort. "
this checking for blood is literally because that means you very well are about to inject into a vein. quality control for intramuscular is one thing. i personally prefer not to mess with intravenous

Mini-edit as its not explicitly mentioned. my goto are 2.5ml-25Ga 1" needles.
do not use smaller than 1" like insulin needles. you need to get into the muscle and as someone who unfortunately had an experience with it landing in a subcutaneous area and got infected... the gauge is also imprortant and as mentioned above the nurse essentially said to inject with a '5 count' meaning go slow. in a very real way using a smaller gauge and quickly is a firehose at that level to your body

Better to be extra careful. Than risk ending up with an abscess. I know junkies go about it in most cases way less careful and end up fine. But I urge anyone to review what an abscess entails. Imagine getting it in your upper leg if that is your injection site and having to go through removal. Better to spend that small amount of extra cash and time to go about it as careful as possible. Than the possibility of having to deal with something like that.

I personally use needles 25G 1 1/2" | 0,5 x 40 mm. I'm not the smallest person. These have served me well.

I understand your mention about drawing back/aspirating to see if there's blood and you hit a vein. I have used lower gauges but reaching similar depths to my current needle. I can say I've done 100+ injections over my life time and have yet to hit a vein. I have never aspirated and had zero issues. Of course this does not mean someone else might run into issues. The person should always inform themselves well on the proper protocol for injection. Protocol readily being available on the Internet and Youtube even.

This is what is mentioned on Wikipedia of Intramuscular injection: "While historically aspiration, or pulling back on the syringe before injection, was recommended to prevent inadvertent administration into a vein, it is no longer recommended for most injection sites by some countries". If you want to dive deeper. There are many scientific papers discussing the issue. From what I have gathered aspiration is an old habit that is sticking around without evidence based support. At least in terms for vastus lateralis site there is little to worry about. There might be some other sites remaining where this practice still applies.

Maine Is Handing Out Free "Boofing" Kits to Help Fentanyl Addicts Squirt Drugs Up Their Butts. Boofing, the [Maine Access Points] experts explain, is a great way to allow your veins some time to heal up if they've been damaged by too much intravenous drug use.

PS
You can get boxes of this shit delivered to your drop, from the distributors in Maine, just say you are running a harm reduction project in your neighborhood, they will send you a master case free of charge, free shipping, average time d2d, 3 days, they use UPS.

It is pretty damn safe, just use distilled water, alcohol swabs, and fresh sterile syringes (you can get off of amazon, just check reviews). I use 25g 1" syringes. I am a pretty large guy though. If you are on the smaller side you can probably get away with 1/2". Get your ketamine from a trusted source and always start slow.

Use the alcohol swab on the injection sight (I use the outside of my quads), mix the ketamine in the distilled water, open a fresh syringe, pull it up, get rid of air, inject it in. Simple as that. There are a couple videos on Youtube that I would recommend watching if you don't feel comfortable. You can fit up to 100mg per mL.

I've IM'd over 100 times, never from an official vial (I mixed my own ketamine), and many times even with tap water (wouldn't recommend to most people I live in a city with very clean drinking water) and I've never had any kind of issue with infection or anything whatsoever.

I was in the same boat. I had to stop using my nose or it was gonna be lost.
