Funds stuck, Funds held, withdrawals missing, deposits missing
We also need a close ACCOUNT BUTTON
When does an account go away? never? After non-use? if so, for how long?
When so many vendors have issues logging on, getting their money, something is up
What were the signs for alphabay 1?
Honestly if these things are not addressed soon

if this is not true, then explanations are resolution need to be quicker
and lets face it, seizure is worse than exit scam.

Why limit tickets to one?
There should even be a separate spot for all these wallet, deposit and fund issues.
Its creepy and wreaks of theft
It becomes the same old story, lure all the people, then screw them
And when dread was down, how hard would it be to post an update that there was an issue with funds? it happened to several thousand people
Not putting an update on the front page for "news" . Can't be that hard or take that much time.

Funds stuck - limited automatically by the system to prevent phishers taking out coins from accounts, easily solveable by ticket
Funds held - banned vendors, if you do not have the right quality of product and customer service you are banned as per ToS
Withdrawals missing - small segment of vendors in beginning of the month whose tickets we are processing.
Deposits missing - this is phishing
Why limit tickets to one?
Lets use the power of math. What happens when 100 users create a ticket? That is 100 tickets. If each user has 2 tickets that is 200 tickets overall. Most tickets are duplicates as well. Clearly you do not have the basic foresight.

All big businesses have to deal with downtime or unexpected software or hardware issues so just like in the real world if you can not handle that in the background without smooth transition then that will reflect in numbers and reputation. We uphold ours as we are professionals and not some amateurs that learned yesterday about the internet. If someone had an issue and created a ticket, they can be certain it will be resolved even with a compensation - something no other market does.

No, you are wrong. Ticket open for 3 months. Did not know they refused a new ticket with only one old ticket. Wallet issue came up. It is not normal.
I know several vendors. They can not withdraw. So what if they have uptime? More uptime to not fix it? More up to leave tickets? More uptime ... to what? if they are short staffed, then that is a security issue too.
Why don't you search? There are lots of open tickets. Vendors have open tickets.They had major deposit issues. Lasted for 8 days. No notice or anything on news page.
You do not work for the market at all. You are not their PR person. Is that your dream come true? Maybe you could make a fan page too. Even get autographs.You could make a comment section where people write nice things about you and you reminisce about all the fun you had together working for the market. Maybe you could even get a t-shirt that says you are the PR guy.
Still waiting for an answer since 4. November for my missing withdraws.
I am in contact with many other Vendors on AB none of them got a reply back from /u/desnake
I also experienced a missing withdrawal issue on november 4th and was unable to contact support. desnake appears to address this exact issue in his comment on this post
Hello DeSnake, I had to send my issue to an already opened ticket from months ago, hopefully you can still see when an old ticket has a reply, Thats the only way my ticket can be seen.
I have open dispute related ticket (#iScabCrcjVC7) open for a month without an answer.
So what is the plan for tickets signed to DeSnake? When will this be resolved?
Why does the site owner have to deal with all the tickets, why can't the other admins help out with basic tasks like resolving disputes where the vendor has abandoned the site?
