Amazon rejected my PR : Refunds | Torhoo darknet markets

I tried to refund from Amazon in Spain and i take a PR and sent a photo with this to Amazon but they told me it is invalid and after that i return to the police station but they told me it is a valid PR, can someone help me?

I'm like 99% sure it's because amazon requests a pdf of the pr, not a picture. My experience is limited to US refunding though, so I can't be totally sure
