I got a android rat malware and tried it by install the payload on a burner and it worked nicely but it was on my network both of devices (burner-laptop)
When I try on a friend's phone on another network it didn't work I used the same port I used when I try on the burner phone
How can I make work on other network any advices?

Make sure the port forwarding works. Also which rat are you using, there are bugs in several free rats even if you are able to get a connection. You won't be able to see it infront of you, Not being able to interact with the phone.

Port scan the ip of the phone on the other network. You may need phone connect outbound if the firewall is blocking inbound from the internet.
