It's simply not commercially made.

96.8% of what was seized by the DEA in 2022 was P2P made, with likely the rest being unidentifiable.

If you find it In your lifetime, you won't find it online being sold commercially.

Phenylethylamine (PEA) can also be made from Styrene/Benzaldehyde.
