Any security risks with used phones? : GrapheneOS | Torhoo darknet markets

I am looking to buy a used Pixel to install GrapheneOS on it, following the official guide as well as the guide on here. Of course I'd make sure the phone is unlocked before I buy it. Are there any security risks that come with using a second hand phone for a GrapheneOS install which will be used for darknet/generally mostly illegal purposes?
