Yo man, saw your msg about the problems you are having with XMR, to try and get your hands on some more.
What we normally do is a discounted conversion of 20% of its value or if you'd wan't to meet we can meet in france for cash swap. I can send you the BTC for clean cash, alternatively converting between BTC & XMR is also an option depending on the swap amount.
if you do not need huge amount, you could use BTC atm. They need an ID but you can use a fake id (also printed on a blank paper should work, do not need the original one). Is not very stealth but you can buy someone to go to the atm and do that charge for you
easy way : buy some litecoin on an centralised exchange (kraken, binance, etc etc)
then exchange/swap your litecoin for monero, and to receive your monero, use a wallet which is connected through TOR.
or use, P2P websites like bisq, retoswap, ( there's many more but it's still the same, like it sayed above have a look on kycnot.me)
do what you want, but prefer a connection through TOR. ( just my opinion )

Matrix:
0.25 BTC <> 30 XMR
0.5 BTC <> 55 XMR
1 BTC <> 100 XMR
2 BTC <> 195 XMR
5 BTC <> 450 XMR
Higher lists are also possible.
