just be safe when dealing with anyone direct or anyone sending you random messages sending you to their telegram or sessions sale room. use escrow only. if they arent on a market you 2 can use "fairtrade" as an escrow service. hope you find the medicine youre looking for

You can find it on the clearnet from China and India pharmacies. I'd do that before trying to deal with someone on the dark web who would likely just be a scammer.
