He only has pharma right? I've read some reviews on here as of late that said they were concerned they were presses? But if he's been around that long and has a relatively good repuation I don't think he would be selling presses I hope.

See that's another reason I wanted to ask here. I did see someone post that he sold presses to them and he said they smelled funny or something? That's not really concrete proof to me though lol. I'd rather someone who has legit tested his stuff (strips, reagent tests, etc.) tell me that he sold fakes to them rather than personal experience.

I'm also not knocking you btw /u/not_my_first_rodeo and thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately you may have had a bad batch, but I'd personally have to go off of a real test to make sure. Everyone has different tolerances as well, so that could possibly be a confounding variable as to why it had no effect.

Not knocking you or anything, as your advice is really good to most people who read this, as the presses these days are quite good, and unless you have real pharma pills to compare them too, I can see someone new mistaking them as being real.

However, I'm 100% positive all the street oxy i've gotten are straight from a pharmacy. I'd consider myself a bit of an oxy connoisseur, I can spot even the best fakes very easily just by the look. But to be safe, I test my pills with mutliple reagent test to confirm it's real oxycodone and no fent. I also piss test myself as well as get tested by my Suboxone doctor who sends my urine to a lab to test for everything - including many of the popular fent analogues. Now I suppose there's a chance the cartel's pressing oxy with fent + a bit of oxy, but i've personally never read, heard or seen anything like that - it's either a fent press or script oxy.

I can also tell by not only the imprint and color, but the shape, diameter, weight on a scale (presses will differ in weight slightly, but script oxy have the same weight down .000mg on scale), and taste as oxy has a very distinct taste.

Getting the exact Dye and formulation to create identical pressed pills is nearly impossible and multiple brands of oxy can be generally confirmed as real by licking/getting them wet and seeing the color change (e.g A51s turn a specific green, T189s turn a specific darker yellow color when wet, etc.).

I'm quite well connected in my area and my area is a huge city for opiates, so new dealers have attempted to sell me fakes of course, but I could tell instantly, and personally have only seen fake M30s (almost all cartel presses are M30s these days, but i've had enough real M30s to know the difference and if I get them, I test them, but avoid them in general. Haven't seen those in a while), the best press i've seen are A215s, but Actavis stopped producing them a little while back, so all of them are pressed unless it's from an old script. One way to tell with A215s is the weight on a scale is exactly 100mgs for a 30mg oxy pill. ALG265s are almost always worn down, etc.

I'm not saying I know everything about each brand of oxy out there, but once you've been in the game a while, it's easy to spot a press from a mile away. I'd just recommend staying away from M30s and A215s unless you know how to test them or reagent test them.

The pics of newer pressed 30s i've seen on the web are very easy to tell apart - one vendor has pressed T189s, K8s (15mgs), K9s, E8s, etc. and at first glance, I think most who've had real versions of the pills can tell that they're fakes.

Of course, scrutinizing the pills by eye and other tests clearly isn't a surefire way to determine it's validity, which is why I always reagent test each batch, piss test myself, and most importantly, get my urine sent off to a lab from my sub doctor and it's always came back as only oxycodone - no one's pressing oxy into fakes these days also.

I also had a stint of using Fent knowingly and the fakes were very easy to tell apart althought I mostly used powdered fent as it's cheaper, so I can tell by the effects alone if it's oxy or Fent, as Fent as 0 euphoria, especially when taken Orally which is how I consume all my oxy these days.

I'm definitely very lucky to have a few local connects who get real 30s and 15s all the time as most areas seem to only have fakes around and Fent is so fucked up. I just got my urine results back from my Suboxone doctor and having only oxy in my system, i'm planning to get on subs then get clean I hope.

Another important thing is i've tried to induct Subs from Fent and the withdrawals are way, way more intense with Fent, come on within 1-2 hours vs. 6-10 hrs with real oxy, and 72+ hours clean are required before using subs from fent, for me at least; whereas i've switched from my local oxy to subs in 16-24 hours with no issuesa few times. Fent is evil, the only way I could quit that habit was Methadone for a few days, it's a real life saver to get the Fent out your system and get clean, really the only way I could get off Fent in my 3 months of use and absolutely never going back to taking any form of Fentanyl or any non-script opiate for sure.

Sorry for the long post, I hope it may help someone out, but the most important thing I wanna say is to always reagent test your pills, even from the web, as I've read multiple reports on Dread of Sunny's pills coming back positive for fent (with tests) and reviews on markets as well. 2021 is not a good time to be an opiate addict as fent is everywhere. MC is the only H vendor in the US with real #4 uncut and fent-free, and real oxys are hard to come by and way overpriced. To anyone reading this, please don't ever go to Fent, especially now with Moxy gone. It's nearly impossible to get off as the withdrawals are like no other opiate.
