It's not related to age of the account.

It's the activity that's being done on the account.
The captach is a dynamic system. Once the system thinks you're human enough. It will let you skip the captchas.
It's not a specific amount. It depends.

Post good content and have good activity and it should take like 2 weeks.

The Captcha does not disappear. You would have to buy a premium membership if you don't want Captcha's

Login captcha is always there.
Post or comment captcha: you always get a captcha on your first post or comment after login.
From observation, after your first comment or post your second or more comment or post will get either a guest list pass and no captcha or a white captcha that you just click thru (I think it's a bug that has been published by the admins).
