I am in no way saying the moderators/admits are slow, I am well aware how busy it can get and completely understand the time frame it take to resolve disputes. Its just my first time and I'm just enquiring in the nicest way possible.

You well quoted yourself. If the ticket expires or gets close extend or open a new one, some times you just need a little bump.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Dispute been open since last Friday. No mods have answered in the thread as yet. I'm hoping its not 11k down the toilet from a purchase made to a highly ranked vendor!!!

I think we did indeed replied your ticket, and we told you to be patience because it is a FE order and we have to wait for the vendor.
