I am trying to make a new account of archetyp and it’s letting me follow all the steps until it gives me the PGP message that I have to decrypt, It lets me decrypt the message and gives me the sign up url link thing that you have to copy and paste into the url bar to register your account but when I copy and paste the exact right sign up url provided from the decrypted message it just goes to duck duck go and says I need tor browser to browse that url but I am using a tor browser, In fact the same one I’m using now that lets me access any other onion link!!

Often this is caused by a member copying the url inside the pgp signed message rather than the one at the top of the decrypted message to the browser address bar.

/u/newbieforever2018 -Nah mate it’s not because I’m trying to copy the url that is above the PGP signed message I’m trying to copy and paste the very first url that comes up once you have encrypted the PGP message they give you after youve typed in all your login details etc and then pressed create account that PGP message i have to encrypt is encrypted properly and then I’m copying and pasting the very first url on the encrypted message which end with all the signup/ and then all of the numbers or something similar to that!! I’ve tried all day constantly & it just brings me tons of duck duck go when i paste the url into my tor browser-I have never had any troubles doing this in the past and I have made multiple accounts that I have now lost access to and I’ve done it the same way every other time and it’s allowed me into the market after you do the rest of the captcha stuff etc

you need to make your own keys apply public to site then it will fit a decryption box to to you,, you will use the private key to decrept the encryption box...

i would list plenty of wed sites that make this super easy but watching arc fight all this bs right now i dont want to play any role in helping these fucking hackers or whom ever find ways to make keys like so

/u/3y3OFAdam I don’t think you’ve read my question properly coz I said I have no troubles with the PGP keys or the encryption part that they send you to encrypt in order of receiving the URL,The problem is the URL is not taking me into the market or to the next layer of security before accessing the market, It’s taking me to duck duck go when I copy and paste the link after successfully making my own keys and using them to sign up and decrypt the message that holds the link!! I don’t understand why it’s taking me back to duck duck go this usually only happens if you accidentally don’t copy the entire link and possibly leave a simple “/“!out without noticing! I am copying the right link I have signed into archetyp a hundred times
