Agreed! Was personally in the latter group and wound up in the former. Think it's worth giving a word of caution to buyers/resellers at the street level; you're just as responsible for disclosing this info to ppl u sell to(slim to none of you will) and are much more likely to meet unhappy endings for not doing so.

I agree. One of the best markets I've every used and definitely the most responsive from the admin. I had a trivial feature request that would save a minuscule amount of time decrypting shipping addresses that I mentioned randomly in a thread and low and behold /u/BigBossChefOfArchetyp was listening and implemented the request faster than it took for me to log out of that session on dread. Amazing. Ive always been a one market kind of guy and Archetyp has won my business by way of actions not by a bunch of empty words and promises. God I cant stress how much I appreciate that. This market feels like an actual collaboration and not just some captive place where we are considered cattle waiting to be brought to slaughter by way of an exit scam. I'm just kicking myself for it taking as long as it has for me to give the market a chance. Thank you bohmeia for showing your true colours as I wouldn't have found the vendor experience Ive been searching for at Archetyp otherwise.

Admittedly, Im no big fan of markets, from Empire to AB2, I somehow keep losing something. Never enough each to scale but together the sum is rising.
Archetyp seemed different fr the jumb. But all new markets try and standout. It has been a pleasure so far that hopefully continues.

If you PGP verify your links from there you can be 100% sure.
I just checked and was a valid signature but you should always do it yourself too!
Better to be safe than sorry :)

Folks, only YOU can stop yourself from getting phished. Turn on all account security features like 2FA. Check your onion addresses closely. Keep your Archetyp wallet address locally, it never changes. ALWAYS verify links using PGP.

How do you determine whether a user has been phished or not? I have an account that I have purposely logged into phishing sites with, and it wasn't banned. Why might that be?

Fellow Archetypians, do not be afraid if you cannot reach the site using your main private links.
Even with multiple mirrors, traffic balancing, etc. , some assholes just can't help resist being assholes and attacking the site until it goes down or to a crawl.
If there is no discussion happening here on Dread, then odds are Archetyp will be back online shortly.
Had some problems reaching Archetyp last night. But that gave me the opportunity to explore the horrendous UI/UX of Incognito Market.
The beauty of Archetyp's layout is nearly overwhelming to the senses. Incognito Market does the same but... is not beautiful.

Hi, I paid monero to the deposit and they were credited, I also placed an order, but something doesn't add up on the address....Could I still have fallen into a scam? If it was a scam, the credit shouldn't have happened, and I wouldn't have been able to create the order, am I wrong?

Question: I use F2A and I'm very conscientious about security. BBCOA, although you probably cannot or will not answer this, is there any signs buyers can key in on when they enter their account and immediately see or verify they've been phished? If so, it will at least act as a 2-fold assistance tool as follows:

- The phisee will not bother Support

- The phisee will know to sign out and create a new
account and accept whatever they lost but
learned not to be opening sites or other actions
that can cause you to get phished.

This is the second time now that my account has been deleted, one time it just disappeared and now I get banned. I'm obviously not being phished becuase I received ALL of my orders last week and had no money taken. I've been doing this long enough to ensure i'm not being phished because when I was a newb it happened. It's not even possible with 2FA enabled. Also i'm running on a tails browser, so high end security is a must. I loved the market but I just can't trust you after this so I have no choice then to go to Incognito. Luckily I dont keep money sitting in market wallets so I only lost like $3 in all. Very sketchy indeed. Beware! I think you're 99.9% wrong. Other people in this forum are kind of saying the same thing as me. It's not possible. Until you figure something out I will stay far away from the market.

hello your story looks a lot like mine. i got banned jut after making a 120 euro order, as i was using a private link and a 2FA . i was optimistic,sure that will be resolve in 2 mn. i open another account and a ticket.
i waited a long time before i got the answer, you have been banned due to an attempt of scam involving telegram.what do you have to say about that ?
i was shoked because i did not have anymore an account telegram.
but the night before i had an exchange in french with a french vendor where the word telegram was written. no link with direct deal .
as they dont speak french guess i was accused of spam .
my only concern is where is my order,if i make an order and the vendor does not have time to accept it.and my acount get banned.? where is my money
on my wallet i have 18 euros . buut order was 120 euros, they refuse to answer at all and that is odd. getting banned it is ok but losing money ? according to what?
