i placed an order monday hope you guys ship it out

***Wrong vendor, Addyexpress was the vendor on this deal, not addy'R'US

I placed an order on 6/23. I received a shipping confirmed message on 6/25 and an update on informed delivery that pre-shipment was started, but the courier was awaiting the package. I sent a message on abacus about getting an update, addy express replied they ran out of stock, but resupplied and dropped off with the courier on 6/28. As of today (7/1) the informed delivery still shows awaiting package. Can I get an update on eta for package?

Any updates on the saturday,sunday orders being shipped out?

My order was shipped Tuesday and Thursday of last week and I still have not received my order and I cant get any updates on any of my orders even thou they have been shipped Im not even asking for tracking# Im just asking did it land or not and the status

So I think I figured it out.. Friday was the 27th, so if your order was marked shipped Thur or earlier then the vendor is claiming to have dropped your pack in a collection box Monday [ 6/30 ]. And orders marked shipped anywhere from Friday onward they plan on dropping into a blue box sometime today.

I've had my tracking number since around noon on the 27th, wasn't expecting anything to happen over the weekend, but being Wednesday with still no scans from USPS, then it's pretty obvious mine is one of the ones being dropped today. For those without tracking numbers I will update when mine starts moving.

I'm starting to figure out there are multiple definitions for the word "shipped". The main 2 seem to be:
1. (to dw vendors) - shipping label created, intends to drop into a blue box eventually
2. (to dw buyers) - sitting in a blue USPS box awaiting collection

Im missing an order placed with you guys on the Thursday/Friday before everything went down. It was even marked as shipped. I had two orders marked as shipped actually but the first one is the one I really need I can take the hit on the others. On my informed delivery I have two packages still marked as awaiting from sender and the only thing they could be are the ones from you guys. If you can reach out to me here or somewhere else that's still secure I'd really appreciate it. I have the tracking info. I know you guys are being bombarded with questions and this isn't your fault. And my orders probably aren't exactly high priority for a vendor like you guys, but they were really important for me and someone else who trusted my word and threw in with me.

I am confused. I messaged you and you said:

"You will likely not receive your ABACUS order unless it was placed earlier last week. All other orders placed on other markets will be sent out. We hope you understand."

I clearly mentioned I ordered on the morning of June 26 on the message. If all orders before 6/30 have been shipped then why hasn't mine?

I placed an order on 6/24, said shipped the package never came.

it said shipped on 6/25 i also have the transaction id and a screenshot of the order shipped cause i do it for every order after bohemia. theres no way to dispute it, i also have the shipping label show up in the ID but the item never made it to the usps. you said all orders from before 6/28 were gonna be shipped. what happened, you said u withdrew the money, which had my money already in there

In case anyone still held out hope for orders from Sunday June 29th (which was my birthday too so double sucks) I was told yesterday:
