Are there no KYC Bitcoin Exchanges / How to convert? : Crypto | Torhoo darknet markets

Hey,
these last days i studied the bible, the forum and many other links and believe i know about basic opsec now. The part i am struggling with tho is buying monero.
So i said to myself since i may do 1 or 2 small orders, i think i may risk it and just convert Btc to xmr as that seems to be much easier (altough less safer) alternative to aquire XMR with convertion tools like xchange.

In this forum there is not a lot of instruction how to do so tho as most instructions focus on buying XMR.

Can somebody tell me the process in detail please? Also are there exchanges where you can just buy bitcoin with no KYC policies?
