ASAP Market Shop Permanently Closed & Why : Xanax | Torhoo darknet markets

It brings us great sadness to announce we've permanently closed our ASAP market shop and here's why;

To our ASAP customers, if you ordered from us recently you may have noticed things have been a little out of the ordinary and your order was canceled. This is because we have been having major issues on ASAP. Our withdrawals were disabled and our payout stats showed over $5,000 less than what we were actually owed in escrow.

We reached out to support to inquire hoping it was a mistake and they'd fix it. There was no initial response so we put our account in vacation mode to prevent new orders from coming in. We opened a second ticket saying it looked like an exit, threatened to spread news of the situation on Dread and cancel all orders (even those marked shipped) if they did not restore our account or at the very least give us a response. Only then did LeChacal (ASAP mod / head of operation) provide a single sentence response telling us we would be banned for breaking market rules. No further information was given in the ticket. The pictures below show our second ticket and the response given to us. Forgive the poor editing, we’re trying to minimize how many images we add and make it as easy to read as possible.

To be clear, we broke no rules. If you look at the home page on ASAP there is an announcement that they will be charging fees for violations of listing cloning ($2,000 fee) and sharing outside contact ($1,500 fee). Again, we broke no rules. We had no two identical listings and structured our listings the same as most of the other vendors do on this market.

Regardless $2,000 does not equal over $5,000, $1,500 does not equal over $5,000. Even both of these fees combined would not equal over $5,000. So the question is why was over $5,000 taken? We took screen shots to show how much ASAP was displaying we had in escrow to be paid out and then added up all the coin from orders that were actually in escrow. At the time of checking, the actual figure missing was about $5,200. This in conjunction with our withdrawals being disabled & support threatening to ban us lead us to believe the market must be attempting to scam us. The photo included below shows just a few of the many orders we had in escrow. Just those orders alone add up to more than what the stats showed for payout. I won’t add screenshots of every single order but have included six of our not yet finalized orders. The numbers don’t add up for BTC. Some information has been redacted for customer security. Again, please excuse our shitty editing skills. I was trying to get as many orders in one picture as possible while still including what ASAP displayed was in escrow order stats.

We spoke to a couple customers and according to them their withdrawals were still working as of this morning. So we refunded everything that was not finalized in hopes that at least our customers would be able to withdrawal the coin. We would rather take a loss than let a scamming market profit from our hard work. The photo below shows we canceled the orders.

Although it appears this issue was specific to our vendor account, let this post serve as a warning. If it can happen to us, it can happen to you. Never purchase or ship out more than you’re willing to lose.

I also want to point out, historically when markets are gearing up for an exit scam, they begin charging higher than average vendor bonds and restrict withdrawals. Both of which ASAP is currently doing.

We were here for the Empire exit, ToRReZ exit, and many more. ASAP’s current behavior is strikingly similar to those markets that exited in the past. While this doesn’t necessarily mean they’re planning to exit anytime soon, it does at the very least show they cannot be trusted. At the end of the day use the market at your own risk but don’t be surprised if the admins decide they’re entitled to all your money for no reason at all.

Despite everything that’s happened, we’re lucky enough to come out of this with minimal loss. Nothing has changed in terms of operation aside from us leaving ASAP.
