Open a new order instead of send the funds to an order opened in for example 04.04. Create a new one and if you didn't received the funds (and sent the funds pre-maintenance) open a support ticket. If you didn't sent anything to the order and you see "waiting deposit", do not deposit, let the order die, just open another order with another address. Otherwise we gonna have to process the refund manually and it's gonna take some hours and you will get a delay in your process instead of just spend 2 minutes opening a new order :)

In short, let the old orders die and forget the old one, only remember the order if you have anything deposited there.

My Point exactly. 4 hours ago they promised a refund. Just as I brought a replacement, they cancelled the original order and put 6 messages on the page saying the same thing "Wallstreet Market automatic system:This order has been automatically finalized, because it timed out. For more information, please look at our FAQ's (where it doesn't say anything of the sort)." Looks like I'll never see those coins again!

Yeah I noticed that as well, Was super odd to since normally if it times out it locks you out of messages? or is that just if you cancel an unpaid order? not sure.

Went head and canceld all the orders I could that didnt have payment and left the few that were show with deposits. Hate to take a pause but feel like it's best for the next few days.

Agreed, doing my head in! in my case when i reopened my account there was an address there so I sent my coins. Seems those coins go straight to the vendor. But admin cancelled the order : not me. Refund or my diaz - I don't care. I need a lot more after all this anyway :)

I got screwed over this way too. For days it said it was in progress. Vendor claimed they never got the funds. I opened a ticket with WSM and all they did was make it worse. Now it says something like "WSM auto generated ship complete status" or some shit. Vendor said they haven't shipped anything. Not even sure i can dispute because it was a "first". Opened a second ticket with WSM, I doubt they will help. Pretty sure I am totally fucked on this order. Reliable vendor too, so now not sure what to do. What happened with yours?

I've never used first, but I'm going to do a little critical thinking here for you, and you can fill in the gaps in my knowledge.

If the address that is generated is actually the vendor's wallet address (since you're skipping escrow) and it says in progress, then the vendor should definitely have your money and still hasn't marked your order as shipped.

However, if the address that is generated is actually still a wallet belonging to WSM that they then pay the vendor with, then I would assume that your transaction is in limbo with the rest of them.

Best bet is to get with your vendor first. If he's a vendor that you trust enough to use first with, he'll probably get back to you sooner than support. If he's not a vendor you trust, you should really stop using first. You should really stop using first.

its still the market wallet at first. it only gets released to the vendor as soon as they accept the order. which may be automatic when they log in. So if they are online at the time, it probably gets released immediately.

But i would imagine putting the vendors BTC address there is bad OPSEC. Its probably a pass through.

Just checked all the orders mentioned in my support ticket and no money. I feel like I'm being held a day back with orders every day where it's creating a rolling 1 day escrow but now this money is just disappeared. Please fix, original ticket about this issue was 3 hours before this was posted on the sub.

Not really following here. In my case, I funded the order pre-maintenance. Everything confirmed just fine in the blockchain, but as the market went down for it's maintenance it still showed Nothing deposited. That is the status my order sits in now, even though you can look it up and see that the coins have been received on the market to the address I was given. I'm far from complaining, just curious what I'm supposed to do now. I've PM'd you, and put a support ticket in. My order auto-finalizes in 19 hours, and based on your message if the order doesn't show it's been funded there isn't anything to "refund". Obviously this also puts me back from the whole purpose of being here, putting orders in =) which I'm already 3 days behind on.

How do I help you help me get this problem fixed Med3l1n? I just want my order shown as paid and my vendor shown the same as it was paid 3 days ago!!

After reading your message again a few times, what I think you are saying is in my case since it shows "Nothing Deposited" to my order, but there is definitely coin in my order in escrow that I should create a new order and then put a ticket in and you can move the money from escrow on the old order to the new order?

I have empathy for you and am grateful that you have taken the time, given all the refugees from Dream, to fix the situation. I just hope I get my refund so I can spend it on your market. It’s been a painful weekend for us all.

Can I make a request please, for your next update – When we buy ¾ products of the same vendor we are sometimes paying up to $24 in postage: therefore, is there anyway you could use a system like Dream where the buyer can select free post for additional items – just putting it out there.

I deposited my coin and cancelled the order 16hrs later because of the delay, I can prove the payment went through via blockchain explorer and via my wallet service will I still receive my refund as the order history still states no deposit received???

I'm confused, I paid the 2 orders I made before maintenance almost 20 minutes after the site went back online
one order states "confirmed"+"enough deposited" several hours later I get the notification and find the order is "in process". am I fine or should I open a support ticket?

Edit-Made contact with the vendor where the payment went through, they implied everything was good on their end. Still awaiting response from the other vendor.

I have a refund marked as cashout completed. However no funds showing in my refund wallet. First refund on WSM. How long should I be waiting ? Medellin said a matter of mins but that was about 12 hours ago.

Sorry to say that this was a fucking shitshow. M y funds have been tied up for over a week I'd gladly take that btc somewhere else by now but i disputed case, vendor finally shows up and said they'll ship so I end dispute, which then pays vendor out before anything shipped. Now mods won't do shit because the order is finished, no pack has been sent no refund has been sent vendor doesn't ever come on line or communicate more than one time a day. Definitely regret decision to try wsm and all I can do is look at these other vendors in other markets and come up with the btc for them now. :( I know vendors are real people with real problems but those of us financing this whole operation have real problems too that we are trying to alleviate by placing these orders.
