If getting health insurance from the state is an option, you should do that and then get treatment. 15mg a day is a lot. Trying to titrate down from high dose benzos on your own is very dangerous especially if you live by yourself.

700 a month isn't feasible for insurance, I live my myself. I'll have to titrate down if make it. I've never been this bad. Went on a trip without em and now I'm in bad shape

Take whatever is left and divide by ten so that at least you have a ten day cushion. It won't be pleasant but it should prevent seizure.

Benzo withdrawal can cause permanent neurological damage. Your health is worth more then $700. If you can't get an emergency pack I would go to the ER.

I have had 4 seizures over the last 12 years of my benzo use 1 time when i was on 2mg kpins for like 9months and then my doctor was moving so wrote me a script with 2 refills from taking my 3 month script of 180 kpins 2mg (i was getting 60 a month) back when you use to be able to get all 3 months if you got refills all at once through cvs caremark shipped straight to your house from cvs in 2012 in around 20-25 days then just stopped while i stopped taking a ssri at the same time the other 3 times were all when i stopped taking flualp.. flualp in my opion lowers your seizure threshhold WAY MORE than any other benzo ive had days where i took 1 bar from GBU at 8-10am and had a seizure at 10pm because i didnt take one before i went to sleep and stayed up till like 11:30 then woke up on the floor with my brother freaking out now i was taking 3-4 flualp bars a day back then i have never had a seizure from just stopping alp but i always taper down to atleast .25-.5 a day over a week or so before i jump off which ive been doing for bout a year half now since i get bi monthly drug tests for work.

also just go to a medical detox if you got medicaid they have to give you at least a 5 day once a year detox look it up id call around places first and make sure they will medically detox you with ativan or some long lasting benzo also it is only 5 days but if you get the doctor to write extra paperwork legally the government has to give you atleast 7 days and can give you up to 10 if they feel like you need an extra day or two there when you have no benzo's in your system so if you do have a seizure your in a medical setting.
