Not true. BBW uses O-DSMT and desomorphine; while tramadol is derived from the former, they are NOT the same substance at all.

Do a little research on O-DSMT, its effects and addictiveness.
Unfortunately it can be hit or miss, as we see from the wildly different reviews from people who try them.

Not everyone can metabolize it well enough to get the desired effect and this increases exponentially with the manufacture into tramadol - as you say, it's so weak it's useless - less than 25% of the human population can get any effect from tramadol at all.
Veterinary use of tramadol mostly stopped when they figured out this was also true for dogs; funny how they still push it on humans knowing it doesn't work for the vast majority of us.
The more synthesized and processed a substance is, especially to make it "less addictive", the less and less likely it is to work for anyone. Such a waste.

Tramadol doesn't do jackshit for me, but BBW's 30s do work well for pain relief and sleep, there doesn't seem to be much correlation since so much is stripped away from O-DSMT to make the useless crap.

O-DSMT can build a rapid tolerance if you're not careful, and many people have said the w/d from it is quite unpleasant even with other opiates in your system so if like me, BBW's product does work well for you, be cautious. I didn't have this problem with it, for whatever that's worth.
