You need to realize that he or all vendors lost out on the exit, all that was in escrow and if shipped,
they lost product as well, I myself lost around $1800 with abacus's exit as a buyer.

I get this is not amazon prime, but its USPS and its not hard and need's to start being enforced on market's with vendor's

If the order is marked as shipped, it means the package should have the intent on making it to the drop box that day, If the order can't be shipped that day it should be marked as accepted until it is dropped. that's the whole point of different category's on order status

At minimum it should be a 25% dispute, then further action if it keeps happening, it causes a real headache for buyers that is over looked

I've ordered my k through him multiple times from Arche and Abacus. Never had any issues until this Abacus mess. I'm not blaming him. I realize that everyone both vendors and buyers got fucked out of their shit. OP should be mad at the Abacus Admin or the hackers that ddosd his site, NOT BrainBlast. He doesnt get paid until the order finalizes dude. So if your order was marked shipped only 2 days before Abacus went down, then that means he printed the shipping labels, but hadn't actually shipped yet. I was in the same boat but a week and a half before Abacus went down, so I was holding out hope that he had shipped and USPS was just fumbling the package delivery. But my labels were printed on the 28th of June and Abacus went down on July 2nd I think, so I guess he didn't ship because he couldnt get paid.

I had an order in with him at the end of June. It marked shipped before the mess with Abacus and my USPS Informed Delivery said the labels were created and they were waiting to receive the packages from sender. It said at one point my expected delivery date was July 7th. Then Abacus started having issues that week and nothing ever got shipped. So my guess is he didn't get to send the package until after Abacus went down so he never got paid and decided not to ship it. I understand he didn't get paid, and I lost out again, after losing some on Arche when it went down. I'm not mad at BrainBlast, I get it. I was just hoping to connect with him on Dread and get directly connected to him so we could both avoid the DNMs so we neither of us would risk someone else running off with our XMR. I'm not tech savvy enough to know how to find him in the sea of Dread posts. Can someone explain to me how I might get in touch with him without having to DM him on DarkMatter?

Yes, Brainblast marks orders as shipped and occasionally takes 2-3 days to drop the package off.

So actually I ordered the same time, and he made a label and everything for it. Cause it's still showing on informed delivery. I found him and messaged him and he said oh sorry it's not getting shipped out but put this promo code next order for extra.
Which he hasn't replied but I said I hope it's worth it.
