In theory it sounds very interesting, but in practice, do you have any idea how many cards will burn before they find one with enough funds to card a trip of a few hundred dollars?

You take the information out of thin air and don't confirm it with real practice apparently, why don't you tell them to buy self registered or enrolled so they can know for sure that they will use that amount of money without problems?

"method" as old as me... i dont mean to spread negativity but this will work with any site you want to... "non-vbv / msc" bins are barely existing nowadays... just cards which have a higher limit to trigger verification...
