It's not necessary to start from bitcoin and then convert it to monero as virtually all tracking is erased when you transfer monero from an exchange to your private wallet.
I was in a similar situation as you and what I did is sell my bitcoins, buy monero with my real details and then transfet them to my feather wallet.
I'm sure there are bitcoin to monero exchanges but that wasn't really an option for me in Australia. Find a trustworthy exchange that does BTC to XMR and send it from there to your feather wallet. It doesn't matter if they do KYC as long as you don't send the XMR from the exchange straight to a DNM wallet.
Or you could bite the bullet and do what I did. Realistically the extra step should only cost you like 0.1% to 0.5% extra.
