i wonder if the amount of drugs found is the actual/real amount..

A) vendor selling soaking wet amphetamine gets busted for 100g, but since its so wet, the dry amount was 20g

B) vendors sells amphetamine which is cut to shit. Lets say 100g found which was 90% caffeine and 10% amph
