tbh its extremely hard to get out there when doing smthing illegal like this? you'd have to sit down and figure a name for yourself and what it is exactly your business does for people. Once u got that, u got a market and target market and PEOPLE = customers. On the other hand, could just try make money from bank shit or whatever u know what to do with fullz? Idk its a hard one as I've never heard of soemthing like this and fraud is slowly changing for the worse.
