I use Cake Wallet, but i dont know if its the safest option, as a small buyer, who started with it i just sticked with it because there you can buy other crypto like lightcoin and swap it to monero with very low fees. My Method of getting lightcoin pretty anonymous is through trading CSGO Skins which i buy with Steamcards, try to buy them low on Steam maybe hold them for longer and you can sell them for Krypto without KYC most of the time even with profit. If you want it fast expect 20% worth loss because the Skins are normaly more expensive on Steam then on the selling Sites.
