You are right, those type of cards are not supported by the majority of card payment processors, mostly due to their nature.

Buy an amazon gift card if you can, then buy bitcoin with it on Bisq. Then swap for xmr.

Kind of valid alternative. Gift cards usually have low value and high fees in the p2p trading environment.
There are a few traders on Bisq for US amazon cards, with surprisingly low rates. Too good to be true?
0-10% is unrealistic for what I have seen over the years, stay safe.
