I've been a fairly regular customer and have had zero issues. Shipping times were always reasonable and product quality was definitely on point; however, I'm going to have to look for a new vendor.

I most recently ordered a 14g batch and only received 6.2 g.

After reaching out directly on their vendor page as well as on here - I've received nothing but radio silence. I understand that they are busy and don't live in their DMs, but it has been a couple of weeks now and haven't had any follow up from them.

If somebody would get in touch with me and help resolve this - I will gladly update this review to reflect that; but, as of now I can't in good faith recommend them as a vendor any longer.

I didn't try doing it that way, but I replied directly to a couple of their posts and have DM'd them every way that I know how. At this point, I reckon I'm just gonna eat the loss on this and use a different vendor in the future. Unfortunate, but it is what it is!

old news. lots of us regulars were burned not too long ago. CI was MIA for a while unless I missed something. Always willing to revise based if there's new info, but I have already made several posts about this.
