I like cash by hand of course but when you can't do it how safe is cash by mail? I would trust the agent I'm sending it to 100X more than the US Postal service. Wouldn't the USPS workers start to spread the word over certain repeated addresses who get sent cash? I mean, I don't trust the slime postman who comes to my door for very good reason.
Anyone have very good luck with a repeated LM vendor I could start with a small amount with?

Why would he knows the package contains cash ? don't declare it and put a decoy in it to hide the cash (like a magazine).
Make sure the package is well sealed and there shouldn't be any problem.

Any vendors with good reviews will be fine.
