I'm in a 3rd world country at the moment that even the feds don't care about, no street cameras, most of the country hasn't been mapped out by Google, its so remote that fugitives can come here to stay anonymous and completely under the raider. That being said you need someone like me, we'd do it bit by bit, you tell me the wallet to create, send and I send back to the address you provide, it would never be traced to you.

Recruit some mules.
- Advertise a job (keep your anonymity)
- Vet applicants. Main thing is - you know them, they don't know you. Not too close physically but not too far so you don't cross state lines.
- Deliver them the cash - either through dead drops or using any kind of couriers.
- They turn it to BTC using any standard method (exchanges / p2p / etc), then send the coin to you. Keep a different receiving wallet for each mule. At the very least different receiving addresses.
- You convert the BTC to XMR.

Start with small sums, if they're reliable, grow it.

Why not have them get XMR on their own? it's an option. But 3 reasons against it:
- BTC is way more mainstream and there are more venues to buy it than XMR.
- It's technically easier to handle BTC than XMR, especially when there's a question about a tx. Make it as simple as possible for your mules.
- Mules don't need to know you use XMR at all.

Your success will depend on your management and organizational skills.

The Best method is to buy it from miners on pools directly. If you can move MM like @cold on tele or @cupid they are trusted im not sure if cupid would do it tho.
