Cashout to crypto : Carding | Torhoo darknet markets

Hello, I am new to this so i will try explain with as much detail as possible.

I am trying to cash out a card i acquired, the cashout wouldnt exceed 2000USD.

Things to consider:

-Card based in a different continent (please let me know if this would present any issues).
-I am currently running tailsOS.
-I have fullz and OTP access.

Questions:

1) Is it possible to cash this out straight into a crypto currency (Litecoin as an example) other than XMR and then transfer that crypto into XMR? Would this be a way to clean it or would it be very detectable and raise flags?

2) With a cashout below 2000USD how likely is it that a fraud investigation on the bank side gets moved over to an agency that can trace the funds? (high risk, medium risk or low risk?)

3) If the above is not good practice, could you recommend a good method of cashout that does not involve Cash by Mail?
