CC with OTP to Crypto/CC top up. : Carding | Torhoo darknet markets

I have a physical CC (full access to the phone number) that I need to turn into crypto. What is the best way to do it? Crypto exchanges for what I know only allow debit cards that need to be connected to PayPal or checkings. I am kind of familiar with merchants, but I feel like It doesn't work because they have security protocols when a seller first opens up an account, are there any other options? If its accounts that require any type of KYC I know how to do bypass so pls make suggestions. Lastly how do I find bank logs to top up my CC's? People offer to do it for me but I dont want to go 50/50 when I can do it myself.
