Said "could not decrypt", that's it. I've never gotten that response, ever, sounds like BS. Messaged back. Will see.

Like I said I know there was an issue with Abacus so it's not entirely on them so I am giving a chance to make it right and I'll edit all of my posts and leave a very positive review for trying to make it right. Is it really worth having negative reputation posts up over a small order?

In the same boat at the moment. Our order shipped many days prior to Aba going down, so I'm not sure if AF executed or not. In any case, it's too bad to see. Our first order with them was smooth, albeit a little slow on the delivery, but the review we left for them was honest, in that their product quality is truly great. With so many users now reporting the same issues though, not sure how they recover. Think folks would be much more willing to give them a chance if their responses were more transparent, or provided instead of silence. Hope they come through for ya.

I just had an order from them arrive today; they were good at communicating during the delay. Had good experiences prior so just wanted to add my 2c, hold on a little longer, I don't think they are scamming.

This is the status with my order as well, I just sent a PM to him. it has been 10 days since marked shipped, 15 days since ordered.

edit: about 3 weeks now still no package, and nothing has been rectified.they even tried to make me pay for a new order without offering help

Can confirm, they marked mine accepted and then never updated to shipped and it cancelled and fully refunded. They also sent me a sample to review about 2 weeks prior to that, and nothing ever showed as well as no responses when they told me to message them saying if it hadnt arrived by a certain timeline. /u/ChampagnePink if you are still interested in resolving this, please respond to DMs I have sent or let me know if I need to contact again. We can't give you a refund or a full reship if we don't have the record of that order . The best we can offer is including some extras to your next order with us to accomodate some of your loss . We apologize but we lost a devasting amount from Abacus
