stay away from changenow, they are known scammers

changenow.io is the coinbase of swaps. Yes it will work, but its centralized AF and can freeze your funds. Always remember a post on here last year about some idiot who fired $6k of dirty bitcoin in to it, then was shocked when his $6k got locked and they ask for every type of KYC under the sun.

Look for something that has its own liquidity. I personally use Majestic Bank via TOR, or Unstoppable Swap. Zero KYC ever, and both have their own liquidy.

As someone else mentioned, theres just no point in using it. Go to kycnot.me - browse around a little, and make your choice from there.

I also see a lot of people here reccomend trodocar, but, its just a broker. They send your funds through kyc exchanges.

Hey gang i know im a new account and all that and you may not trust me but changenow is definitely the worst crypto exchange out there and i highly recommend going somewhere else. These people took 70 euros worth of solana from me, promised a 10 minute exchange to xmr and the exchange didnt happen for 2 hours. So i go to support, naturally cuz i want my money, and support asks for an xmr address where they can send the money whenever they can. I give it to them, alongside some contact information because i had to leave for work.

6 hours later, i come back to these people not even contacting me where i wanted them to, i check the support messages and the next thing i see is "Please confirm you have access to this xmr wallet" and some bullshit about cashapp? I dont even have a cashapp, nor does cashapp have anything to do with XMR or SOL.

i say yes and send them proof i have access and get ignored for about 3-4 more hours. At 4am these people responded to me saying they had some issues blah blah, bullshit just to buy time off me.

A full day later i get sent under $40 worth of XMR. A full day to exchange roughly 70 euros and get a lot less money back than i was supposed to.

I've heard of people also getting plain out scammed by changenow, where they took their money and didnt even get it back so i guess i was lucky just to get anything back lol.

Stay away from these people, they will scam you, especially if you're dealing with XMR.

Quick edit: FixedFloat entirely disables the cryptos they cant exchange temporarily, so you cant even an initiate an exchange if they know they cant complete it within the time frame they offer
