Shipping took absurdly long in my opinion. I run multiple businesses and when my service falls short I overcompensate in other ways. There was zero compensation here even though I made it abundantly clear I was not happy with the shipping time as he did not even meet his own standards as per his policy claim of shipping within 72 hours of accepting the order. It took 10 days for a label to be created from the time of acceptance. |

No USPS slowdowns, no issues with information, just some of the slowest processing I've ever seen with no excuses. I've had a vendor send my pack a different customer and I received their reship faster than this. Maybe I'm just a spoiled old frog where most vendors used to be 3-5 days T2D, but this shit is just unacceptable to me. Shipping from a few states away. Meanwhile I ordered a steel drum full of liquid from China for one of my businesses and it got here in 10 days. And before you go benefit of the doubting, go check his ad in this sub. There's two other people raising the same concerns as I did, and reviews on DrugHub marked against shipping that I chalked up to incidents. |

IMO for transparency state that average label created within 72hrs, delivery 7-10 days. no significant customer is going to not be able to wait a few days to a week longer than normal for quality product.
That said, KED forgot to ship a recent order of mine for a week when i messaged to see what's up, and they did compensate by plenty of extra. MsLadyMelody has also recently posted about a lengthy/forgotten order which was compensated for. Customers are not truly owed anything extra but as u can see by the OP^ can go a long way with smaller customers, and with the highest margins, doable. I'd just want to keep as many little $1/pill customers happy. they often are post the reviews that get seen the most.

must have misread your .biz comments, but my post was to ultimately try to encourage compensation for future delays from CB, lol. like i said in my post, KED doubled a recent order after forgetting to ship it for a week. they have too much goin on w/ their TG following IMO, would not be my go-to for bulk (bars, at least)
i missed that it was short too. wack. rc1 might still have brom hulks. hell if he was smart about it he might have brom bars for a long time
Also, since he's a BB reseller, now i'm worried after reading this thread that there's bunk bars sent out. I literally rely on this stuff to get thru life, I have a severe anxiety disorder and am worried i'm gonna run out before they get delivered - and now even worse, worried i'll get delivered bars that are fake.
I have thought about tshirts previously but I didn't want people walking up to me and asking what "etizolam" or whatever was imprinted meant.
