CN wilder than DN : CafeDread | Torhoo darknet markets

I'm still pretty new to the whole thing and what im noticing is that after going down some clear-net rabbit holes i find that those forums, especially in the hacking community are MUCH wilder than the ones on the DN. So what im wondering is, why arent those targeted by LEs? Shouldnt they be easier to track down than the ones that are embedded in tor?
Like i've seen people post names and coordinates of other people who they want to "destroy"...

CN doesn't not involve execution, that's just people asserting their freedom if speech. You get banned data here on DN with intellects that cannot be shared on clearnet.

I'm a hacker, you don't expect me to respond to anyone seeking for my help on cleanet where the feds have backdoor to all services.
It is not about audience or some empty bait post but about the value and data gotten and shared
This guy knows what he's talking about. You're also less likely to get a virus with the information you get here.

You can never tell for tor, mostVPNs are in correlation with feds, they give out logs in the slightest threat

its easy for LE to track the users, the operators of this kind of stuff can be them(LE) or just some retards, but what u cant find is data breaches

They are taken down? Cracked, Nulled, Breachforum, all taken down and owners arrested. Most of the doxbin community and a lot of the og community is dead after people are careless. If you are talking about Russian forum it is because western authorities do not have any ability to make Russia do shit about these websites. But that is not even what matters is because Telegram which is many east europe users had its owner arrested by the French and now are cooperating with authorities.

I disagree with /u/demure not because they are completely wrong but is a western mindset. Only America has "freedom of speech" which is not applicable to other countries. When you become international your local laws are relevant but they do not fully protect you.

It does not help most of the administrators of these communities are not just "free speech" but are active commiting crime as well. You are not able to say free speech then sell databases that you hacked under the same laws. Raidforums preeched the same thing but the owner was still arrested. If they can prove your intention is not freedom of speech (you make money from crime) and you know that your community is used for crime then there is no defense.

Seems you misconstrued my statement. Not freedom of speech to trade illegal hacks but simply to say whatever seems okay to them without executing it.
