Depends how much quantity/volume you have? And also what kind of liquid it's dissolved in.

As far as I know You can evaporate the liquid until you are left with cocaine phosphate crystals/powder which should still be good for snorting since it's a salt although I don't know solubility wise how it compares to the usual cocaine hydrochloride salt. But this method is mostly useful with small volumes of water or other quick evaporating solvents, and also this mostly applies if cocaine phosphate salt was dissolved in water, because if this is liquid where cocaine base and phosphorus where mixed to make it water soluble salt there might be extra phosphorus in the solution which will come out solid after evaporation.

You should also be able to do an acid/base extraction by using an alkaline substance such as ammonia/sodium hydroxide/sodium carbonate raising the ph and the cocaine freebase(crack) will precipitate out of the solution, which then you can filter out from the liquid. You can then proceed to turn it into the usual cocaine hydrochloride if you want your product to be the usual snortable salt.

But I never tried these methods with cocaine myslef so maybe someone with experience and more knowledge can confirm or criticise if these methods can be used on cocaine phosphate in your case.
