Just to let you know your orders ARE a priority to us.

We are going out our way to message EVERY customer if possible to apologise for the delays.

You have to understand the washed process which we have documented (Will find link) but we ALWAYS deliver. OK we are a bit late, this is 99% of the time down to a supplier letting us down or the product not being ready. Washed is NOT an exact science, we have to test and make sure we are happy. If we are not happy, to be honest, we would rather piss people off then send out a shit product. Shit Product = You wont come back. Amazing Product = You forget about the delays.

Would like to massive apologise to anyone that we have let down and it's taking longer then normal. Please do not dispute, talk to us. I can promise you that your order is on the way. Since November we have had 100% feedback on our washed product and we are not messing around with that.

The process CAN take 48 hours PLUS so sometimes, its just not ready when we think it is. So we end up in a really awkward situation. Do we send out a product that isnt ready to clients? Or do we wait and take a load of flack.

Theres a reason we are the ONLY people on AB UK2UK doing washed. That's because most of the time we are loosing 10-30% of our product. We then have to cure it, heat it etc (please read guide). Sometimes we can do NDD and its not an issue but this time we got absoloute shite and tbh I completely get people are annoyed and pissed - but we cannot send out crap. We could easily send out non-washed product. Easy peasy. But we have choosen not to go down that route and if you check the reviews, our following you can see people are actually loyal to us.

But I will say in this case we are sorry for the delay and you will get your product. We are looking at alternatives to RM, because its just becoming a complete joke. If anyone has any issues / problems feel free to DM and we will happily back it up. We have become aware of a person copying our identity, please always PM THIS ACCOUNT and ask for a VERIFY PGP with a date and we will always be happy to do so.

All customers will be compensated for the delay in some way. Please be patient. The best product is not easy to get but we understand some peoples frustration.
