Contacting customers : OpSec | Torhoo darknet markets

Well now that abacus is gone, it was the only market I was a vendor on for about 2 years. I have some of my customers addresses saved from packages a few weeks ago that I hadn't deleted yet. A few of them are regulars who ordered big. I am thinking of a safe way to make contact with them. I was thinking maybe sending normal mail with a padded envelope/etc with 1 of the items they normally bought with a message about abacus and a way to contact me incase they are interested in ordering. Is this a bad idea? Beside's using a good email provider for them to contact me, what are some other encrypted ways I can have them contact me which I can have typed on a piece of a paper/printed out an send with the free item(s)? I lost all my clients from abacus, many regulars who did large orders weekly. I never gave them a way to contact me incase market went down.
It's a bad idea to send illicit goods to someone without agreement. You don't know the situation at the receiver end. They can potentially having legal issues and the last thing they need is a package with illicit goods.

You are expected to destroy addresses after escrow is finished. Any post from you can be misunderstood and have the opposite effect and create mistrust. So, please follow expected procedures and destroy the addresses.

I assume that your customers are active at Dread, the best you can do is to announce which DNM you are vending from today. Sign the message with your PGP-keys so your customers can verify it's you.

Good luck!

To be completely honest, this sounds like a bad idea and would likely piss off your customers. If they were on Abacus buying bulk and were repeat customers, I'm sure they could possibly be looking for you in whatever product you sell subdread. Get verified in the sub and make a post letting people know where you are currently vending.

Can't comment much, I have disciplinary action pending. ;)

The coming update is supposed to fix some of the automod issues.

Do not send any illicit goods, just a QR code. Should be safer.

this is a very bad idea that can get your buyers in trouble. if they aren't expecting a pack & it lands at (for example) an airbnb where they're no longer staying, or a family member's house when they aren't there to intercept it, or a friend's place they've had a falling out with, the outcome could be very bad for the recipient even if they haven't simply moved & left no forwarding address (in which case you'd be only fucking yourself, since you'd get a RTS). depending on how few "a few weeks" is, you'd also probably be sketching your customers the fuck out, ensuring they never buy from you again even as they enjoy their free drugs. really there are too many ways for this to go wrong for it to be an effective outreach strategy. vendors who do this shit get pilloried for good reason. make a post with your vendor name in the relevant subdread telling your clients where they can find you now. if they really miss your product, they'll find you.

I had a vendor do this to me a couple months after an older market shut down and it did not make me very happy. Never ordered from them again because it showed me they maintained my info after a deal.

I wouldn't contact them unsolicited. A vendor did this to me and I'll never buy from them again (I would also warn anyone about their poor op-sec).

Consider posting in the vendor post in Abacus sub with where to find you (/post/60b98830e7c899d0d4dd).

If you are on other markets, I think most will be capable of finding you. I always look for trusted vendors when using a new market. Ensure that you use the same keys so that can verify that it is actually you.

I think you stand to lose more customers than you would likely retain by sending unsolicited messages to previous customers. Good luck.
If you have a vendor account on Dread, just use that channel to your clients and prove it is still you. PGP is your friend here.

Hello, I'm new to this community. I'm looking for activist hackers who want to help me carry out the biggest cyberattack against these laws that the new government of tyrant Claudia Sheinbaum is imposing on us.
