this is if you would goto the post office to collect. ( PO would ask for your ID)

Bro, to arrange for a controlled delivery is not so easy for them. because they fear we might get away in the mean time.
the investigating agenceis need to get pre-approvals to setup a controlled delivery.
there is always going to be a lapse in protocol. if they come with postman its not necessarily a controlled delivery.
u are only charged under 4 circumstances
1. recovery from you
2. your confession
3. confession from who sent it.
4. if something alternative is found at your place when they are there
