does anybody know your opinion my good man or is it just crackheaddom101,? ill take a guess and you think its gone for good, LE take-down or exit though? is this just like your template opinion for any given market where all links goes down and withdrawals stop and there is no response from the admin, well at least that's my default position, but my opinion don't mean jack, because I'm just a lowly shroom farmer that's just going of mild intuition

Seems like they are facing something really serious and they are trying to fix it by withdrawing money maybe they'll shutdown market again for some moment and back.

i have that problem too. placed an order, payed, way more than 10 blocks on top, the order is still marked as unpaid and will be cancelled soon. when manually entering the txid it says "Deposit has been added to queue. Please wait"

yeah same thing, super frustrating i've provided extra proof with verified monero link. does anyone know if the vendor will see any of the proof or do i have to wait for support to look at my ticket. really wanted it shipped today.

It's a crazy time, Archetyp seized and now Abacus has issue, we got so much new users that we didn't expect to have as fast. It's great of course, but exploding growing also makes some technical issues.

We're working hard to provide you the best service but we need a bit time to stabilize everything.

Some deposits got delayed. So I added new feature to help you fix it by yourself without support. If your deposit wasn't auto detected in first 30 minutes, on your order page you'll see a button with exclamation icon under deposit address. There you need to put your TxID, Address, Tx Viewkey. If they all are valid, your TX will be added to the queue and will be confirmed soon.
Since we have flood of users and deposits, it can take up to few hours, but will be confirmed anyway.

If it doesn't happen after 12 hours then don't hesitate to text the support.
Sorry for inconvenience and stay safe.

Yes that's posted on the entry page as soon as logging in to DarkMatter.

However below that message are replies from many folks who aren't finding the "fix it by yourself" solution to be simple or navigable. But don't take my word for it, anyone can login and read it all for themselves.

What I worry about is the domino effect, or 'spillover' effect, where as one market goes down all the traffic rushes to others and causes them to then have payment issues, or succumb to the traffic and so on. Because that seems to be what's occurring. No FUD but fact.

Still Nothing. Order has long since cancelled. Support told me that even if the order is cancelled/timed out, once the payment is confirmed it will then be marked as paid. I cant use the "self-confirm" method they implemented although when i did all i got was "adding it to the queue". Thanks for everyone sharing and hope it gets sorted asap

I paid for an order 24 hours ago, waited about 3 hours then made smaller deposits to the same address resulting in a double payment, sent admin a message, still waiting to hear back. All transactions are confirmed. Hopefully Admin sort it out for me

For anyone that was concern with the withdrawal, I would say its good for now since I received the auto withdrawal almost instantly, I think the real issue was on their deposit side due to large amount of new comers from abacus and what not.

I am liking the DM team communication on this situation so maybe we could just sit tight for while and let them cook
