Launching a new market? There are a ton of interesting stuff you can implement, here are a few of mine off the top of my head:
Carefull theese can (and will be) be exeptionally dumb without me realizing it

• Welcome on-market vendors of harm reduction stuff (e.g fent test strips). Just makes sense to allows the user to order everything in one place
• Have a forum tied to your market, brings some discussion and activity
• Have a personal journal users can write their experience in (something like a personal drug users bible)
• Segregate listings with harm reduction explanations/disclamers (Maybe have a warning before opioids section, etc...)

Focus 90% on user interface.

If you do that, no matter the rest of the functionality, you will dominate the space.

I have the knowledge and the resources to probably do it with a team of two or three others. But it is like being the President of the USA. Nobody wants that job. It attracts too much attention. It's exhausting. The ROI just isn't there.
