More like they hire certain people to DDOS markets the big guys consider beneath them or at the same level they are

While LE DDOSes the absolute shit out of the Superlist markets, usually the one that is the biggest out of all the Superlist markets to create the AlphaBay 1 to Hansa re-run.

What's happening to Abacus is mainly the result of LE pressure rather than from other markets.

alphabay->hansa was well played by LE. if this is LE it's sloppy as fuck even by their standards.

Since DNM's are considered global threats for LE. I expect the actual methods of how they seize markets and arrest the admins to be heavily obfuscated or even made up.

Perhaps the vast majority of the actual investigative processes that lead to the market shutdowns is altered or even made up by the time the court documents detailing the indictment(s) are made public.

Yeah they don't reveal the methods of how they catch these guys, usually they find collateral once they've already abused the exploit and use that as the method in which they gained access in court records.

We have no idea what kind of tools/exploits they are sitting on. Some potentially so powerful that they have to show great restraint in using it so it doesn't get figured out any time soon. Think when the shadowbrokers leaked the NSAs internal exploits, that led to wannacry.

This has been happening since forever. If you take a rival market down with a DDOS then you drive users to other markets like your own. This seems to happen especially when a top market goes down and there are a lot of refugee vendors and users, who are more likely to sign up for a non-DDOSed market. Also markets get DDOSed for extortion as well as other reasons.

Why would a market who's DDOSing others stop if its working for them? I know it's fucking annoying but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It would make a lot of sense since Archetyp's seizing, everybody now fights to get all of the refugees, but tbh I think LE has a big role in these attacks. Abacus now being under heavy DDOS would make a lot of sense if LE is behind it since now it's the biggest market. If they took down Archetyp, it would be hypocrite to think they can't take down Abacus too. Hopefully all I said is bullshit, but this is my opinion rn.

Yoo btw how are you doing? You haven't been active in quite a while

My vendor has his own nice little private onion, I'm lucky to be comfy in these stormy days.
Push your favorites vendors to do the same maybe ?

not everybody should do this...this could easily end badly...either a seizure or exit scam. IMO only established vendors should do it. Look at TRIBE SEUSS. They are a great example of how one should go about it
